Office Manager/BookkeeperOffice Manager/Bookkeeper for our client in the Marine industry, an organized and detail-oriented one person Office Manager.Looking for an amazing one person office manager to run the office like a fine-tuned-vessel!In this dual role, you will be the backbone of daily operations, handling general ledger bookkeeping and office administration as a master multi-tasker. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can balance money tasks with people tasks.Location: Everett, WASchedule: M -F 7:30am to 4:00pmPay Range: $34.00 – $37.00/per hourLong term (temp-to-hire)Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Rx.com, Virtual Primary Care(VPC), and Washington paid sick leaveMinimum Qualifications5+ yrs exp working in bookkeeping & office administration5+ yrs exp of hands-on QuickBooks, MS Excel & Google Sheets.5+ yrs exp understanding of basic accounting rules, credits, debits, invoices, etc.5+ yrs exp of absolute confidentiality and discretion when handling private business finances and personal employee information.5+ yrs exp of demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, switch gears easily between accounting & admin tasks.5+ yrs exp of demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally through multiple channels, including written emails, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions.
