Office Manager / BookkeeperWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Bookkeeper to help support the day-to-day operations of a growing construction company.This is a hands-on, multifaceted role that will combine office management, bookkeeping support, HR administration, and general operational support. The right person will enjoy variety, have strong attention to detail, and be comfortable stepping in wherever needed.While bookkeeping experience is important, this role does not require someone with extensive accounting experience. Many of the financial responsibilities can be taught. We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in QuickBooks and general bookkeeping, who is organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn the construction side of the business.Construction bookkeeping experience is a plus but not required.ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping & Financial SupportManage receipts, expenses, and transaction codingAssist with client invoicing and financial recordkeepingReview transactions for accuracy and help resolve discrepanciesSupport payroll and other bookkeeping tasks as neededHelp maintain clean and organized financial recordsOffice & Administrative SupportManage day-to-day office needs and administrative tasksAssist with permits, registrations, and other company paperworkKeep office supplies, records, and systems organizedTake ownership of miscellaneous tasks that help the business run smoothlyManager/Schedule team eventsSubcontractor & HR AdministrationOnboard subcontractors and collect required documentation, including W-9s, insurance, and trade agreementsFollow up to ensure subcontractors remain compliantAssist with employee onboarding and personnel recordsSupport HR administration, company policies, and payroll processesWhat We're Looking ForExperience with QuickBooks OnlinePrevious bookkeeping, accounting support, office management, or administrative experienceHighly organized and detail-orientedProactive and comfortable figuring things out independentlyStrong communication and follow-up skillsComfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing companyWho Will ThriveWe're looking for someone who takes initiative, notices what needs to be done, and enjoys creating organization and structure.
