You will oversee all accounting functions, administrative activities, and ensure customer satisfaction.Key responsibilities include:Assist in hiring office personnel and ensure employment best practices and complianceManage the training and development plans for office teamOversee performance management for office teamDeliver financial reporting as neededVerify and analyze franchise performance reportsAssist with office staffing and compensation plan as neededManage job filesOrder office supplies as neededPerform bookkeepingJob type: Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work authorization: United States (Required) Hours per week: 30-35 Typical start time: 8AM Typical end time: 2PMPosition requirements include:High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferredQuickBooks experience requiredAt least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experienceAt least 3 years of customer service and/or office-related experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detailAbility to work independentlyPicture yourself here fulfilling your potential.
