Job description
Needed: Experienced Office Manager with the proven skills to support our continued growth throughout the greater Grand Rapids area.
Do you enjoy the wide-ranging work of a small business (everything from being the customer's first impression on phone or in person, scheduling, and providing customer service, to ordering supplies and parts)?
Do you have proven bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll and basic compliance reporting skills?
Do you enjoy being a detailed and active problem-solver, even providing project oversight, expense management and profitability tracking?
Do you have experience creating simple processes and documenting them, as well as training others on them?
Are you comfortable and confident with technology, starting with Quickbooks Pro and MS Office suite, and extending to willingness to learn similar tools?
