Office Manager (Practice Manager)We are seeking an experienced and motivated practice manager to lead our dental practice. This position is critical to achieving excellence in patient care while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The practice manager is responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating staff and daily operations to ensure five-star patient experience at an affordable, in-network cost.The practice manager will work closely with the Regional Team to ensure all financial, clinical, quality, and patient satisfaction goals are consistently achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and oversee all daily practice operationsSupervise front desk staff, dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to maximize efficiencyEstablish, implement, and monitor office policies and proceduresEvaluate staff performance and work quality on a regular basisReview of operational and financial reportsPrepare, manage, and monitor practice budgetsOversee appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out, treatment plan presentation, and financial coordinationMaintain general ledger, billing systems, and cash controlsDevelop staff schedules to ensure optimal productivityRespond to clinical and operational issues in a timely and professional mannerHire, train, and supervise new office employeesProvide strong individual and team leadership to ensure exceptional patient serviceQualifications & SkillsAbility to work independently with limited supervisionStrong organizational and prioritization skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks effectivelyProfessional communication with patients, team members, management, dentists, and visitorsStrict adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality standardsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)General knowledge of front and back office dental procedures and clinical policiesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret guidelines and make sound decisionsBenefits and compensation:• Competitive pay.
