Office ManagerTibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building Materials company, is seeking a full-time Office Manager. The Office Manager oversees all administrative duties for the business unit and manages the sales coordinator team as well.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate workflow and communications between operating units, vendors, and customers to support day-to-day administrative and operational processesManage sales coordinator staff and oversee their duties related to ordering products, timely quoting, product delivery, and providing excellent customer serviceProvide job training to coordinator staff as neededAct as a liaison between Outside Sales Representatives and Coordinators as neededServe as a resource on all office policy, methods, and procedures; perform data entry and retrieval functionsAssist with the preparation of reports and perform various accounting, compliance, inventory, or HR related duties as requestedPrepare routine correspondence, office forms, and/or other business-related documents; handle incoming and outgoing mail and interoffice communicationsPerform office supply inventory and replenishment servicesProvide superior customer service to internal and external customers at all timesAll other duties as assignedExperience Required:High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Five (5) years of administrative or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office & accounting type programsGood work ethic and passion to excel in the work environmentHighly detailed with excellent organizational skillsFluent communication skillsAbility to multi-taskEfficient and effective problem-solving skillsBenefits:Tibbetts Lumber offers an excellent benefits package to our employees including:Competitive wagesMedical insuranceDental insuranceLife insuranceShort & Long Term Disability401(k) planVacation, Sick & Holiday payHealth Savings AccountLegal Disclosures:Tibbetts Lumber Co.
