Job description

Office ManagerOur client is seeking an organized, proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive, efficient work environment. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination for administrative functions, vendor relationships, office logistics, and employee support while helping drive operational excellence across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.Serve as the primary contact for vendors, building management, and service providers.Support leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and special projects.Oversee onboarding logistics for new employees, including workspace setup and office orientation.Maintain office policies, procedures, and organizational records.Monitor office budgets, approve invoices, and reconcile expenses.Coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.Assist with HR-related administrative functions, including employee records and compliance documentation.Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients.Qualifications3+ years of office management, administrative management, or related experience.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience managing vendors, office budgets, and facilities preferred.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Customer-service mindset and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting executive leadership teams.Human Resources or payroll administration experience.Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.Experience with ERP, HRIS, or office management software.What Success Looks LikeOffice operations run smoothly with minimal disruptions.Employees receive timely administrative support.Vendors and facilities are managed efficiently and cost-effectively.Leadership can focus on strategic priorities while administrative operations remain organized and compliant.
