Administrative AssistantWealth Management Practice – Erie, Pennsylvania (in-office)About the OpportunityA growing independent wealth management practice is seeking a highly organized, service-minded professional to join our team in Erie, Pennsylvania.This is an opportunity to join a close-knit, small-business environment where relationships matter. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in the job, and wants to contribute to a polished, high-touch client experience.The ideal candidate will help create a "white glove" atmosphere for clients while supporting the practice's operational and marketing functions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, staying organized, and helping a business grow.What You'll DoThis role blends client service, office coordination, administration, and marketing support responsibilities.Client Service & Administrative SupportServe as a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and business partnersCoordinate and manage client calendars, appointments, and meeting schedulingPrepare materials and assist with meeting preparationProcess incoming and outgoing mailMaintain accurate client records and documentationUtilize Salesforce CRM to support client relationship management and workflow organizationSupport the advisor in delivering a proactive and personalized client experienceMarketing & Practice DevelopmentAssist with social media and marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn and Facebook contentCoordinate client appreciation activities and networking eventsSupport marketing campaigns, holiday outreach, and client communicationsHelp execute quarterly goals focused on practice growth and client engagementWhat We're Looking ForStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional and confident phone presenceOrganized with excellent time management abilitiesSelf-starter who works independently and proactivelyAdaptable and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesStrong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and technologyPositive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-focused cultureQualificationsHigh school diploma required; college degree preferredPrior administrative, office support, client service, or customer-facing experience preferredExperience speaking with clients and handling phone communication professionallyAbility to pass a FINRA/SEC background checkInsurance or securities licensing is a plus, but not requiredCompensation & BenefitsBonus opportunities401(k) with 3% profit-sharing contributionMonday–Friday regular business hoursCollaborative small-team environment with long-term growth potentialWhy This Role?This is more than an administrative position — it's an opportunity to become a valued part of a growing advisory practice where client relationships, professionalism, and teamwork are highly valued.
