Office ManagerKittanning, PA, United States Anytime FitnessAnytime Fitness is hiring an Office ManagerEmployment Structure: $15.00 - $20.00/HourSchedule: Full-timeResponsibilities:Lead the personal training team and lead member experience at the clubFollow up on sales leads and build a pipeline of prospective new membersActively participate in community-sponsored events and other outside opportunities to promote the clubNetwork within the fitness industry and other outside industries to drive recognition and interest in the clubGive tours to prospective members and enroll prospects after the tour processProvide good member service to members and prospective members and assist in resolving issues that arise.All other duties as assignedRequirements:Previous fitness experience is a plus, but not requiredDesire to be in sales and willing to call prospects and market our club and membershipSuperior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goalsEnthusiastic team player with a passion for helping peopleReliableWhat We Offer:Robust compensation plan including commissions and monthly bonusesGuaranteed hourly administrative time plus ongoing commissionsBenefits for full-time employees include 401k match and paid time offFuture career opportunities within multiple Anytime Fitness locations
