Optical Office ManagerAn established optical practice is seeking a confident, organized, and proactive Optical Office Manager to lead their dynamic team. This pivotal role is for a leader passionate about creating a positive patient experience, fostering a supportive team culture, and driving operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the optical office, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional patient careLead, motivate, and coach a diverse team, cultivating accountability and professional growthHold staff to high standards while providing constructive feedback and engaging in difficult conversations as neededContinually create a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environmentIdentify areas for improvement and implement effective processes for training, workflow, and team developmentTake ownership of team performance, consistency, and continuous improvement initiativesActively participate in the patient experience, coaching staff on service excellence and recognizing opportunities to enhance practice performanceCollaborate with leadership to set and achieve goals for patient-facing services, growth, and qualityAddress gaps and challenges proactively with solution-oriented thinking, providing structure and follow-through without constant directionQualifications:Proven leadership experience with the ability to drive resultsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable holding team members accountable and having difficult conversationsSales background or experience coaching teams to achieve operational and service goals is a plusExceptional communication skills with emotional maturity and dependabilityTrack record of building strong teams and positive work culturesProactive, hands-on manager who balances daily operations with big-picture thinking
