Office ManagerClosed Loop Partners is looking for a highly organized Office Manager to support the NYC-based team to ensure smooth operations. The Office Manager will be seated at the reception desk and thus will often be the first team member guests and stakeholders engage with at the firm, and will also support management with select administrative duties. This is a unique opportunity to be an integral player of a multi-business firm in impact investment, innovation consulting, and operations, managing the day-to-day activity of a busy office.This is Part-Time, in-person role in our office in midtown Manhattan. This role is not eligible for company benefits (unless required by law).ScheduleMonday – Thursday: 8:30 am – 3:00 pmFriday: 8:30 am – 2:00 pmResponsibilitiesManage, assure, and optimize an efficient and effective office environment of 40+ team members and an active ecosystem of visitorsProvide general administrative support, including scheduling multiple stakeholder meetings, room preparation, and technology support for conference roomsManage the general front desk activity, including registering, welcoming and directing office visitors and handling a small volume of phone callsOrganize and maintain kitchen and copy rooms, including ordering suppliesManage office rearrangements for team meetings and eventsOccasionally plan travel itineraries, both domestic and internationalAssist in preparing expense reimbursementsAct as main point of contact for building management, initiating and managing cleaning, maintenance, and work requestsCoordinate catering orders (off-site and in-office)Participate in special projects as neededQualifications2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced dynamic organization; experience within a financial, investment, or consulting environment is a plus but not requiredProfessional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skillsExceptional communication skills, problem solving, organization, attention to detail and thoroughnessA self-starter who can take direction and execute efficiently while multi-taskingAbility to exercise discretion and maintain confidentialityGenuine, personal interest in sustainability and the natural environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteClosed Loop Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
