Office ManagerAmerican Leak Detection of Minnesota is looking for a qualified Office Manager who has the ability to oversee and assist in the operations of a staff of Customer Service Representatives and Field Technicians, as well as assist in managing new business initiatives. Previous experience in a service industry is a plus. Expenses will be covered as applicable.The ideal Office Manager candidate can:Manage scheduling, customer communication, paperwork, and office operationsBe comfortable coordinating between customers, technicians, and managementHave excellent phone, email, and customer-service skillsBe Service OrientedBe able to multitask and prioritize in a busy service-business environmentBe comfortable with learning and using new technologyEnjoy working with customers and operations personnel in the office and the fieldBe proficient with computer software, such as MS Office SuiteHave Salesforce experience as this is a plusExceptional team player; energetic, goal oriented, positive, optimistic, and has a great attitude!General Office Manager Job Responsibilities:Oversee the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively, meet deadlines and adhere to company standardsEnsure top performance of office staff by providing them with adequate coaching, mentoring, and guidanceManage internal staff relationsProvide backup for Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s)Answer incoming service calls & web inquiries and accurately record information from customers into electronic databaseDispatch service orders to technicians, and relay messages regarding jobs via email, phone, and textAssist with collections and coordinate with accounting staffHandle customer questions and complaints; forward to appropriate technician or GM, when requiredAssist in training newly on boarded CSR’s in office protocols and proceduresTrack company vehicles used by techniciansKnowledge of ALD's Fleet ManagementManage Field Equipment & SuppliesMaintain equipment and supply inventoryTransport equipment to technicians at job sitesMarketingSupport third-party product initiatives (e.g., StreamLabs smart shutoff valves)Support online presence & reputation management (e.g., Google Business Page, etc.)Education & Experience:High School or equivalent, college degree a plusAt least 5 years of proven office managementExcellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComputer skills and knowledge of office software packagesKnowledge of human resources management practices and proceduresKnowledge of business and management principlesAbout Us: Founded over 50 years ago, and teaming with our great people, American Leak Detection has become the world leader in the accurate, non-destructive detection of hidden water, sewer, gas and swimming pool leaks.
