Office ManagerAs Office Manager, you will own the day to day operations and workplace experience for the Blacksmith San Francisco office.This is a crucial role. We are an in-person team and we want everyone to enjoy the environment they work in. Your role will deliver an experience that means people want to come in, and guests leave feeling impressed.What you'll doOwn the workplace experience. We want the office to be an enjoyable place to be; the latest technology, high end design touches, fully stocked kitchen, catered lunches. You'll own this end-to-end.Coordinate internal team events, lunches, dinners. And help with coordinating and managing the external customer and network events we're hosting in the office.Employee experience; work anniversaries, birthdays, special events. We want people at Blacksmith to feel recognized and you'll play a key role in delivering this experience.Effectively manage the day to day operations of the office.
