Job: Office operations coordinator - construction & service
Location: Grimes, Iowa
Fulltime Direct Hire

New Construction Support
•Support job/customer setup and maintain accurate project information in SimPro.
•Maintain organized electronic project folders, contracts, proposals, drawings, correspondence, change-order records, billing documentation, and closeout files.
•Support upcoming-start, schedule, readiness, permit, inspection, and open-item tracking.
•Assist with awarded-job handoffs and administrative coordination between estimating/project management and field production.
•Support Nate Tounsley, New Construction Manager, and Joe Burkheimer, Estimator/Project Manager, with recurring administrative follow-through while project-management and financial decisions remain with department leadership.
