Administrative Operations ManagerCleanCapital is a leading independent power producer focused on distributed clean energy, including middle-market solar and energy storage. By combining institutional capital with in-house expertise and regional development partnerships, CleanCapital delivers economically sound projects that drive more clean megawatts to the grid, solidifying energy dominance in the U.S. This position is based in our NYC office 5 days a week.Own the day-to-day functioning of the New York City office and the routine administrative logistics that keep the workplace running smoothly.Core ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day office operations in NYCHandle mail, shipping, deliveries, and vendor coordinationHandle reception / phone coverageMaintain office, pantry, and meeting-room suppliesCoordinate weekly team lunchesSupport additional/ad hoc office programming (i.e. monthly birthday celebrations, team happy hours, etc. In coordination with HR and Strategy, and Culture Champions Committee)Coordinate facilities and service-provider issuesSupport desk assignments and hot-desk requestsSupport monthly credit card expense reconciliationEnsure common areas and conference rooms are presentable, clean, orderly and functionalCoordinate with IT on conference-room and office equipmentWelcome visitors and support office guestsMaintain office-process documentation and vendor recordsIdentify opportunities to streamline recurring administrative workIdentify and pursue opportunities to enhance and improve the office workspaceActively seek to create and participate in culture building opportunities in coordination with HR, Strategy and Culture Champions CommitteeEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree preferredTechnical Skills and ExperienceProven AI literacy, including understanding AI strengths, limitations, and ethical considerations.3–6 years in office operations, workplace experience, admin coordination, or similarHighly organized and reliable in an in-person environmentComfortable with vendors and facilities coordinationGood judgment and customer-service orientationStrong tech literacy for office systems and common productivity toolsPsychosocial Skills /Human Skills/Behavioral SkillsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ideas and run with them from concept to conclusion.Technical understanding of clean energy business processesExceptional verbal and writing communication skills with superiors, peers, partners, and other stakeholders.Excellent interpersonal skills while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
