Office Services AssociateWe are looking for an Office Services Associate to support daily administrative operations for a client site. This is a Contract position focused on delivering reliable copy, scanning, mail, and front-office support in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential materials with care.Responsibilities:Maintain accurate service logs and confirm all work requests are complete before starting assigned tasks.Provide day-to-day support across document production, mail handling, intake activities, and digital file processing in accordance with established procedures.Organize and sequence incoming assignments to ensure deadlines are met and completed materials are delivered on time.Communicate proactively with clients and leadership regarding project status, turnaround expectations, or issues that may affect delivery.Perform basic troubleshooting on office equipment and replenish paper, toner, and other production supplies as needed.Review completed work for accuracy and quality, including self-checking output and assisting with quality review for team deliverables when needed.Prioritize a high-volume workload while adapting to changing demands in a busy office environment.Support additional on-site services such as reception, hospitality, or audio/visual assistance when business needs require.Handle physical document movement and mailroom tasks, including regularly lifting materials weighing up to 50 pounds.Follow all workplace policies and site-specific procedures while safeguarding sensitive and confidential information.
