Let's go far, together.Location: Tulsa, OKWork Type: OnsiteDuration: Contract minimum of 6 months with potential for extension to full time hireAt a Glance:The Office Services Coordinator II is expected to perform a number of administrative support and customer service tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office environment.What You Will Do:Use and maintain office equipment, including printers, scanners, fax machines, and mail postage machineMonitor office supply inventory and place orders when neededOversee the inbound/outbound delivery of all packagesAssist with in-house printing when necessaryAnswer incoming calls, directing to the appropriate departmentSort and distribute incoming and inter-office mailAssist with moving boxes and light inter-office movesAct as back-up for Welcome Center ReceptionistFrequent contact with vendors and contractorsAssist in office projects as requestedDemonstrate the H&P Company values: Actively C.A.R.E., Service Attitude, Innovative Spirit, Teamwork and Do the Right ThingWhat You Need:High school diploma or GED equivalent requiredDriver's License requiredAbility to drive cargo van for offsite pickups and deliveriesExperience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and OutlookExperience using office machinery (fax, printer, copier, phone systems, etc.)Must be able to lift 15 - 30 poundsMust demonstrate professional communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonalStrong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to complete tasks in a timely mannerAbility to multitask efficientlyProactive problem-solverThis is a contract position providing services to Helmerich & Payne (H&P) through a third-party staffing agency. If you are selected for this role, you will be an employee of the agency and not H&P.The job level and associated compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and alignment with the role's requirements.
