Office Shipping AssistantAmazing opportunity to work for a local organic wellness company supporting renewable and sustainable environments in Glide. Part-time 3 days per week, 11:00am-4:00pm, apply today.Providing custom formulation and private label services to our wholesale customers since 1985. Our specialty is aromatherapy blends, therapeutic essential oils, natural perfumes, body scrubs, massage oils and body care for the home and spa.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Office Shipping Assistant Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 20.00 / hourPart Time work availableFirst Shift ( 11:00am to 03:00pm )Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.Pack items for shipment, ensuring they are securely packaged.Maintain, organize and up-to-date filing systems.Provide office assistance, including data entry and administrative support.Respond to customer service inquiries promptly and professionally.Assist in inventory organization.Lift and move packages weighing up to 40 pounds.Office Shipping Assistant Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous 1 year experience in an office, administrative is required.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to follow written protocols and procedures.Computer proficiency, including familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 40 pounds.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
