Job TitleMAIN FUNCTION: Responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to help ensure efficient work flow, performance and management of GFP office.Provides effective and credible leadership to the office staff of the GFP offices.Assists with patient registration if the need arises.EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.EXPERIENCE:Must have knowledge of medical terminology and medical office workflow.Must have superior communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.Ability to plan and prioritize effectively.Must have experience working with electronic medical records.Must possess excellent customer service skills and must be able to multi-task.Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in medical office environment.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
