Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY (100% On-Site)
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000/year (with room to grow to $77K in 6 months!)
⏰ Schedule: Mon–Thu (9:30 AM – 4:30/5:30 PM) | Great work-life balance!
About the Role
Are you a natural, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our client is looking for a energetic, driven SCN Supervisor / Office Manager to lead our growing team in Williamsburg!
In this role, you’ll be the heart of our daily operations—setting a positive, high-energy office culture, keeping a team of 15–20 screeners motivated, and ensuring our community outreach runs smoothly. You’ll partner directly with executive leadership, tackle exciting regulatory projects, and coach team members stepping into their first professional careers.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire: Manage day-to-day office operations, maintain an energetic team culture, and keep staff present, engaged, and on track.
Coach & Develop: Guide, mentor, and support a young, growing team of screeners to hit their daily goals and KPIs.
Take Ownership: Drive daily state program priorities (like fast case turnarounds) with urgency and clear direction.
Problem Solve: Be the go-to person for on-the-floor questions, troubleshooting workflows, and making sure projects get done right.
What We’re Looking For ✨
2+ years of supervisory, team lead, or office management experience.
Proven Leadership: Strong communication, time management, and a track record of taking extreme ownership .
Community Connection: Familiarity with or deep ability to relate to and serve the Hasidic community in Williamsburg.
Fast Learner: Ability to jump into software tools (MS 365, internal CRMs, state portals) and train others.
Full-Time On-Site: Dedicated daily in-office presence.
Experience in healthcare, social services, customer service, or call centers is a huge plus!
