Office Support SpecialistWe are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient individual to join our team as an Office House Manager. As the Office House Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable workspace for our employees. Your responsibilities will include various tasks such as cleaning, organizing, running errands, and ensuring the overall well-being of our office environment.Cleaning: Perform regular cleaning duties to ensure the office space is tidy and presentable. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.Organizing: Create and maintain an organized office environment by managing office supplies, arranging furniture, and ensuring all areas are clutter-free.Errands: Run errands as needed, including but not limited to grocery shopping, picking up supplies, and handling other miscellaneous tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate channels and coordinate with external service providers for repairs or improvements.Assistance: Provide support to employees as needed, such as helping with setting up workstations, arranging meeting spaces, and assisting with other tasks to enhance the overall work environment.Requirements:Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an office setting.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.Good communication skills and a positive attitude.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
