Office Systems CoordinatorA well-established, high-volume grocery retailer is looking to modernize its back-office operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys diving into how a business runs, spotting inefficiencies, and rolling out better systems for data entry, reporting, and vendor coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesSpend time learning how each department currently operatesIdentify opportunities to modernize outdated data entry and reporting processesRecommend and help implement more efficient tools and workflowsVendor & Technology LiaisonServe as the primary point of contact with the company's point-of-sale/technology providerTrack and follow through on pending system upgrades and available featuresEnsure system capabilities are being fully utilizedReporting & Cost AnalysisSupport leadership with accurate, up-to-date sales and inventory reportingHelp build more precise cost-tracking for productsQualificationsStrong computer and software skills; genuinely enjoys working with systems and technologySelf-starter who takes initiative without needing to be told what to doPrior grocery or retail experience a plusComfortable learning and collaborating with outside vendors
