Physical Therapist13 weeksNo call requirementShift: Monday/Wednesday10:30-7p, Tue/Thur 7-330p (open to negotiation 2 late days required 7p closing)Shift: Mon and Tues 1030AM-7PM, Weds/Thursday/Friday 7am-7pm (Open to days of the week - 2 late shift to close 7P mandatory)This is located at 100 197th Place, Chicago Heights (this is an offsite location of Olympia Fields Hospital)
