Job description
BayMark Health Services seeks a Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple Ohio-based treatment centers. You will supervise Treatment Center Directors, ensure clinical, financial and operational excellence, and drive growth while maintaining compliant, high-quality patient care.
You will lead strategic planning, monitor budgets, foster collaboration, and develop leadership across sites. Travel up to 75% is expected in this multisite role.
