Job description
Custodian Position
Facilities Management Systems (FMS) has an open position of Custodian at a local K-12 School District. This is a Monday thru Friday position from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM during the school year. Summer hours are 6:30 AM to 3 PM.
Duties may include:
Daily cleaning of hallways, classrooms, cafeteria, offices, gymnasium and restrooms
Trash removal
Adherence of proper chemical handling procedures
Attention to detail
Must have reliable transportation
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to read labels to ensure proper chemical usage
Good attendance and able to work alone and in a group
Ability to lift 40 Lbs.
Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks
