Substitute CustodiansRenhill Group is currently recruiting Substitute Custodians for Olmsted Falls City Schools. This position is on-call and as needed throughout the 12-month calendar year.Qualified candidates must be able to provide verifiable previous experience in cleaning/maintenance, as well as demonstrate knowledge of basic safe practices and sanitary cleaning procedures.Minimum requirements:High School Diploma/EquivalentBCI & FBI background checks completed within the past 12 months and on file with the Ohio Department of Education. Renhill Group can complete these for a fee if you do not already have them. Please call to make an appointment.Necessary Skills/Duties:Physically able to bend, balance, stoop, stretch, climb, crouch, kneel, reach, stand, and lift up to 70 poundsDry mop/wash floorsClean furniture, fixtures, walls, windows, lockers, partitions, light fixtures, and display casesRemove and dispose of trashMove/arrange furnishings, supplies, and equipment as needed/directedSanitize and re-supply restroomsVacuum and power-clean carpet and upholstered furnishingsAbility to read MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) informationPerform minor repairsPerform preventive maintenance activitiesBenefits:Enrollment in School Employees Retirement System (SERS) with 14% employer match.Wellness/preventative, fixed indemnity medical, dental, vision, term life, and short-term disabilityQuestions?
