Substitute Utility WorkersRenhill Group is currently recruiting Substitute Utility Workers for Olmsted Falls City Schools.The primary function of a Utility Worker is to perform work required for the routine care, maintenance, protection, and preservation of the assigned areas, its contents, and grounds and to do other work that might be assigned.Minimum requirements:High School Diploma/EquivalentBCI & FBI background checks completed within the past 12 months and on file with the Ohio Department of Education. Renhill Group can complete these for a fee if you do not already have them. Please call to make an appointment.Necessary Skills/Duties:Performs assigned routine maintenance and repair of building and its equipment, plus all phases of assigned duties as assigned by the Supervisor.Removes snow, ice, and debris from walks, steps, entryways as assigned by the Supervisor.Helps unload trucks. Receives, checks, and stores building and custodial supplies.Maintains grounds as assigned by the Supervisor.Be responsible for securing building as assigned by the Supervisor.Performs other job-related duties that might be assigned by the Superintendent or his/her designee.To assist custodians with job duties as assigned, but not to replace custodial duties.Operate maintenance equipment (lift, floor scrubber, etc.) as required and as assigned by Supervisor.Benefits:Enrollment in School Employees Retirement System (SERS) with 14% employer match.Wellness/preventative, fixed indemnity medical, dental, vision, term life, and short-term disabilityQuestions?
