Program Analysis (PAN)Travel Required: NoneClearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do:Support coordination of NIH reorganization activities by helping track timelines, action items, and deliverablesAssist with engaging stakeholders across National Institutes of Health (NIH) Institutes and Centers (ICs) by gathering input and supporting meeting preparation and follow-upHelp develop and update reorganization materials, including org charts, tracking logs, and basic documentationTrack multiple workstreams and provide status updates, highlighting any risks or delays to the teamSupport updates to policies, procedures, and SOPs to reflect new organizational structuresAssist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshops, and working sessionsConduct basic research and analysis to support understanding of current-state operations and potential improvementsWhat You Will Need:Minimum of Bachelor's DegreeTWO years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, organizational transformation, organizational development, process improvement, workforce strategy, change management, communications, data management or monitoring and evaluationProficiency with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPointMust be local to the DC metro area and able commute to Bethesda, MD, when needed.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "public trust"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their public trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active public trust or suitability are preferredWhat Would be Nice to Have:NIH experiencePrevious Consulting ExperienceCreative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindsetAbility to develop strong team and client relationshipsStrong written/verbal skills to brief directors, draft memos/notices, and maintain clear project documentation and monthly activity summaries.Experience with Microsoft TeamsThe annual salary range for this position is $65,900.00-$98,900.00.
