Job description
Dallas Independent School District invites applications for Coordinator II, Ombudsman/Hearing Officer (226 Days). This role provides neutral conflict resolution, counseling, and guidance to district employees on HCM processes, policies, and grievance handling.
The Ombudsman will conduct mediations, investigate complaints, render written decisions, and design training to improve behaviors and compliance across campuses, reporting to the Office of Human Capital Management.
