Job description
BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Commerce Lead to drive growth across Same-Day Delivery, Pickup, Ship-to-Home, and Marketplace channels. You will partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Digital Experience, Fulfillment, and Operations to accelerate acquisition and revenue while optimizing the customer journey.
The role requires strategic planning, data-driven decision making, and strong cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable, customer-centric omni-channel experiences.
