Cosmo Prof in Knoxville, TN is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store associates, drive sales, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will partner with the Store Manager on staffing, training, inventory control, and daily operations, with a focus on Omni-channel initiatives, scheduling, and loss prevention. High school diploma and retail/management experience preferred. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.
