Job description
Belk is seeking an Omni Experience Manager to drive store sales, key metrics, and profitability by leading a team of fulfillment associates to execute customer orders with accuracy, speed, and great customer service.
The role collaborates with omni, operations, and selling teams to optimize performance, manage inventory and replenishment, and align product, promotions, and pricing strategies. Exempt position with monthly bonus eligibility.
