Job description
JCPenney in New York is seeking an Omni Associate to help drive profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com initiatives, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general operations.
You will greet and assist customers, monitor fulfillment systems, pack orders, process in-store pickups, replenish stock with merchandise teams, and participate in the annual inventory. Strong service orientation and teamwork are essential.
