Job description
JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities. You will support Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations and general store operations.
We expect 1–2 years of work experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred (HS accepted). The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, accountability and operating with energy and urgency.
