Job description
JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate in Riverdale, UT to support customer service, sales, and store operations. You will execute Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, greet customers, assist with product finding, and ensure accurate stock and checkout processes.
You will work with a team to meet performance standards on shrink, safety, omnichannel tasks, and attendance, while delivering a great customer experience and supporting inventory processes.
