JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to help drive profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general store operations.
The role requires 1–2 years of experience, with a preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; HS diploma is acceptable. Benefits and an associate discount are offered, with hourly pay in the range presented below.
