Job description
JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to help drive profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general operations.
You will greet customers, assist with product finding, monitor fulfillment systems, pick orders, and support stock organization while upholding safety and service standards across omnichannel initiatives.
