Job description
Mars Incorporated seeks a Sales Director, Treats, to lead the Walmart strategy and annual business plan for an assigned Mars Petcare portfolio. You will own Walmart relationships and drive profitable growth across brick‑and‑mortar, pickup, delivery and Walmart.com.
The role requires 5–7 years in direct customer leadership within CPG, plus Walmart experience; Omni‑channel and data‑driven decision making are essential, with regular in‑office collaboration in Bentonville and occasional remote work.
