Job description
JCPenney in Knoxville is seeking an Omni Associate to help drive profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales and store operations. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, pack and ship orders, and support inventory and checkout processes with accuracy and a positive attitude.
Minimum 1–2 years of work experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
