Job description
JCPenney in San Diego is seeking an Omni Associate to support customer service, sales, and store operations while driving profitable sales growth.
You will execute enterprise fulfillment and jcp.com activities, assist with stock replenishment, and help maintain smooth in-store and online processes. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; HS diploma is required, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
