Job description
JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to help drive profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities. You will support Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general store operations.
The role requires 1–2 years of work experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred (HS required), and a proactive, energetic approach. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and productivity.
