Job description
JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, and jcp.com operations.
You will greet and assist customers, process orders, replenish stock, and participate in inventory processes while meeting performance standards. This role involves teamwork and delivering a high level of customer service.
