Job description
Liberty Commons of Johnston County is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team. The ADON will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care with physicians, and ensure top-quality patient care in a skilled nursing setting.
Responsibilities include scheduling, infection control liaison, QA monitoring, and maintaining nursing records. NC RN license and 2 years of experience required; on-call rotation may be required.
