Your duties will include:Providing companionship, light housekeeping, and meal preparation to help our clients maintain their independenceAssisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and groomingSupporting our clients with their daily routines and activitiesDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their familiesResponsibilities: Provide on-call care to clients as needed, with a guaranteed 30 hours of work per week. Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate client needs. Adapt to changing client needs and circumstances. Collaborate with other caregivers and the care team to ensure seamless care transitions.
