Caregiver Opportunity With Faithful Home Care SolutionsFaithful Home Care Solutions is seeking dependable, flexible caregivers to join our Rapid Response Team. This role is ideal for caregivers who want additional hours, flexible schedules, and the opportunity to earn extra bonuses by covering urgent or same-day shifts.When other caregivers call out, you'll step in to ensure our clients are never left without care. Work when you want, pick up extra shifts, and earn bonus pay for urgent cases!Why This Role Is DifferentFlexible Schedule: Work when you're available.Priority Access to Shifts: Be first to accept shifts.Bonus Pay for Urgent Cases: Extra pay for same-day or short-notice shifts.Growth Opportunities: Potential to transition into permanent cases.Key ResponsibilitiesRapid Response CoverageAccept and respond to same-day or short-notice shiftsArrive on time and prepared to deliver careBe available for urgent staffing needs when contactedClient CareAssist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressingToileting and incontinence careMobility and transfersProvide companionship and emotional supportPerform light housekeeping and meal preparationProvide medication reminders (non-medical)Availability RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of caregiving experience requiredWilling to accept same-day or next-day shiftsFlexible availability preferred (days, evenings, overnight, weekends)Reliable transportation required (must have your own car) to travel within the assigned service areasMust be open to urgent shifts with short noticeMust provide true availability (number of hours per week, preferred days/times)Urgent Shift Bonus PayScenario Bonus Same-day shift $25< 4 hours notice $35–$50 Overnight emergency $50–$75 Fast Response (accept shift within 10 minutes)+$10About Faithful Home Care SolutionsFaithful Home Care Solutions is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality non-medical care to seniors and individuals in need.
