Interim HealthCare of Clearwater | Pinellas CountyChoose your on-call dates. Earn standby pay. Help when it matters most.Looking for an opportunity to earn extra income while making a meaningful difference? We’re building a dependable pool of Home Health Aides to cover last-minute caregiver call-outs and help ensure our clients receive the care they count on.How It WorksChoose your dates: Share your availability each month and coordinate your assigned on-call nights or weekends with our scheduling team.Stay available: During your assigned on-call period, remain reachable and ready to accept last-minute coverage.Step in when needed: Provide compassionate, one-on-one care for clients throughout Pinellas County.This role is a commitment to be available for coverage during your selected dates. We’re looking for caregivers who respond promptly and reliably follow through when called.On-Call PayNights: $15 per assigned on-call night.Weekends: $100 per assigned on-call weekend.When you work: Your regular hourly rate plus an additional $1 per hour for coverage shifts worked during your assigned on-call period.Standby pay is earned for fulfilling your assigned on-call commitment, even if no shift coverage is needed. If you are called in, shift pay is in addition to your standby pay.What You’ll DoFollow each client’s care plan and provide assistance within your training and qualifications, including:Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.Companionship and support that promote dignity and independence.Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.Safe transfers and use of mobility equipment, as trained.Reporting changes or concerns to our care team and documenting care accurately.What We’re Looking ForQualified Home Health Aides with current CPR certification.Prior caregiving experience; home care experience preferred.Reliable transportation to assignments throughout Pinellas County.Strong communication skills and the ability to respond promptly.Confidence working independently and adapting to different clients’ care needs.A compassionate attitude and a dependable commitment to your assigned availability.Why Join Our On-Call Team?Choose on-call dates that fit your schedule.Earn standby pay plus additional hourly pay when called to work.Receive support from a team that values caregivers.Make a direct difference for clients and families who depend on consistent care.Interested?
