Job description
Canyon Utah Home Care & Hospice in Ogden, UT is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse to provide after-hours clinical support for home health patients and caregivers. You will triage calls, guide field staff, and determine appropriate interventions, including when to escalate to emergency services or schedule urgent visits.
The ideal candidate holds an RN license in the state, CPR/BLS certification, and has experience in home health.
