Job description
Luminos Hospice seeks an On-Call Nurse to support patients in their homes during off-hours and weekends. You will provide skilled nursing care and coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Team, families, and referral sources.
Responsibilities include flexible on-call scheduling, ensuring care continuity, and adhering to state regulations. Current RN or LPN licensure and CPR certification are required, with at least 2 years of clinical experience and 1 year hospice experience.
