Job description
Bloomhospice is seeking a Hospice Nurse On Call to provide and coordinate hospice care for patients and families during after-hours. This role requires strong clinical assessment skills and excellent communication. You will educate patients and families about the disease process, manage symptoms, and support during difficult times.
