Job description
University of Vermont Health - Home Health & Hospice is seeking a full-time On-Call Visit RN to cover evening to early-morning shifts in the home care setting. You will work with the triage nurse team to admit patients, then stay on call to respond to urgent nighttime needs across Chittenden and Grand Isle counties.
Required is an RN license in Vermont with at least associate degree, plus 4+ years in hospice or 5+ years in home health.
